“I am the passenger
I stay under glass
I look through my window so bright”
Once in awhile my lower back locks up. It usually passes within a couple of days, the pain fainter and fainter until you forget it ever happened. This time however...weeks. I probably messed it up pretty badly during a recent client shoot. It had been booked for awhile and was too complex to reschedule so…you do what you need to do. But it coincided with that very specific day when I should’ve been lying perfectly still. Instead, I spent 10 hours crouching and twisting and lugging gear around. You mock the gods, you pay the price.
So these are images as a passenger. The cold white fields, windswept and drifting past my window.
Trying to forget the sharp blade pushing into my ribs.
