We Are All Camera Punks

I’ve been lucky in this life—incredibly so. But being part of this project…there’s a sense of legacy here that‘s very humbling.

I sat down yesterday afternoon, thinking I’d watch a few minutes, just to get a quick taste. But out came the vortex, sucking me in from the first words to the very last frame. Mindy Tan and Palle Schultz have translated to the screen everything that makes Fujifilm so special. The passion and insane expertise sure, but also—and most importantly—that bond they’ve forged: between themselves, as a team, and with so many photographers around the world. The same bond that unites all of us with each other as well. It felt like a family movie to me.  Yes, I’m in it along with many of my friends and colleagues...but I think it goes beyond that. I have a feeling everyone in our community will likely react the same way—this is a piece of cinema that explains why we’re here. Camera Punk reveals the atoms that define who we are.

Popcorn and chill time.
Have a great weekend
