The premise of the 1EYE, ROAMING series is simple: a traveler’s visual explorations through one lens, one camera, one focal length. Books II and III expand on the same concept, offering images gathered through long days and nights of walking aimlessly, waiting for moments to present themselves before moving on.
Book III was shot in Japan, during a six-day visit to Tokyo in January 2016—a short trip that felt like an awakening. The book features 55 colour and monochrome images, as well as three annotated contact sheets.
