Evening, June 19th.
I'm not a fan of Quartier Dix30, with its stubborn mix of heavy traffic and pedestrian islands that never connect. There's a pervasive low-grade edge to the place, everyone stuck in a loop, looking for that one street that'll finally lead them out of the labyrinth.
But tonight it's good to be out of the heat.
To walk in a rainstorm and watch the sunset a few flights up.
To grip the black night with heart and eye.
