PL-512 I

It's not pristine, and it won't be. Decades of party grime, inhaled and exhaled smoke, incense and beer bongs, sitting there, dutiful, spinning The Cure and Bauhaus and Miles. Tough little beast. Born September 1978, according to its serial number and a quick search.

I got it second-hand a good ten years later, but I can't recall where or when exactly. Just this vague memory of a friend settling a debt, which is odd for me. I was never that guy. It's all I have though. This turntable just appeared one day.

Dammit—I've bent the stylus. Stupid all thumbs mistake. Should've removed the headshell.
Live and learn.

Shot with the X-H2 and XF 35mm f/1.4 R (processed with Film Green from Triads 01—preset and profile mix)
