Stragglers, Beginnings.
First post of 2023 :)
There's always a certain amount of pressure associated with this. I feel the need to say something profound, or lay down a vision, at least an outline...not this year. I'd rather step quietly into the coming months, free of preconceptions.
I hope the Holidays were good for you. They're rarely restful are they? But the whole extravaganza does place a big, bold marker on the road. It's guidance, in a way. What signposts are meant to provide.
The girls are back at school today, as scheduled. Jacob's home (his semester begins much later). I actually started working last week, on and off, on a last minute surprise project. Hint: it involves vinyl. I'll tell you more about it once I'm allowed to.

The coloured lights and ribbons are gone.
Days are now getting longer.
