Respite
The day's drive has taken it's toll. The girls are sleepy at the dinner table, their eyes getting heavier as we sip our coffee on the restaurant terrace. There's a chill in the air tonight. We leave the restaurant, wading through the purplish light of dusk — "Yellow moon on the rise...".
Toothbrushes, bedtime stories... Light's out.
