Hi Subscriber First Name, Before we get to the links, a quick word about this newsletter. When I decided to consolidate These Traces into the journal, I fully intended to continue sending issues out via email. This was, after all, where it had all begun. But I've been taking long hard looks at every aspect of my output these past few months. Two weeks ago I received my yearly renewal notice for Squarespace Email Campaigns: it's due on February 12 and, long story short, I'm letting it expire. We have a lot on our plates these days, and spending time, and money, on duplicating content doesn't make a lot of sense in 2024. So this is the last issue making its way to your inbox.
