CONTEXT

In June 2011, my girlfriend and I traveled through France for two weeks. I brought along a Fuji X100 as my only camera — no SLR, no lenses… just that 35mm POV. It was a huge decision that I hoped wouldn’t backfire: it didn’t.

I created this series when I returned and began sifting through all my images. Like a travelogue or a journal but after the fact, with some added distance and a hint of afterglow.
