Cuba | Beach. Solitude.

As troubled as I am by my cardboard surroundings, I cannot fault the emerald beauty of the sea, the soft white sands, the endless sky towering over the horizon. The afternoons are scorching so I I tend to wander the beach in the morning or close to sundown. Even so, when clouds pass by I'm filled with joy; I'm a northern creature through and through, recoiling from the heat, hunting for any sliver of shade.

But I've always loved the ocean...
