My name is Patrick La Roque and I've been in turn musician, editor and designer. I'm now a freelance photographer based in Montreal, Canada. I shoot people, topics, street, products; I shoot to expose a narrative, no matter the subject. 

I'm the founder of the KAGE COLLECTIVE, an international group of independent photographers focused on visual essays and documentary projects, and operate a studio specializing in portrait and commercial work.

I'm also a member of Fujifilm's select group of X Photographers.

At the end of the day, I'm a guy looking to tell a story.

Mon nom est Patrick La Roque et j'ai été tour à tour musicien, monteur et designer. Je suis maintenant photographe dans le région de Montréal, Canada. Je photographie des individus, des thèmes, des produits. Je fais de la photo pour exposer une trame narrative, quel que soit le sujet.

Je suis le fondateur du groupe KAGE COLLECTIVE, un regroupement international de photographes indépendants qui se spécialisent dans la photographie documentaire et les essais visuels. J'opère aussi un studio axé sur le portrait et le travail commercial.

Je fais parti du groupe sélect des X Photographers de Fujifilm.

Mais au-delà de tout ça, je cherche simplement à raconter une histoire.
